Nice property but the pool was not open due to maintenance. Although the hotel did compensate by offering transportation to another location but one way only. We had purchased the reservation 3 months ago due to having a pool and we're disappointed when it was not available. We stayed for 5days.

Expedia ofrece en la página que la habitación tiene tina, por eso escogí este hotel, pero no era así, no tenía tina además que soy una persona con discapacidad y se me hace muy difícil usar una ducha sin tina, detalle que le dejé saber al personal del front desk y la respuesta fue que la habitación que yo había reservado era la mas económica del hotel y esas no tenían tina y como repito Expedía dice que la habitación si tenía tina, estos detalles deberían corregirlos

En este viaje tuve un par de malas experiencias, en la habitación contigua a la mía habia huéspedes haciendo "rumba" como lo llaman en Colombia. Desafortunadamente el hotel lo permitió. La presión del agua caliente era muy mala.
