Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"

"Amazing staff and service, they made us an amazing breakfast every morning and were accommodating of our needs. They went above and beyond with every request and were helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel and our room left a bit to be desired, but it was made up for by the amazing view at the terrace. The pool was also a great addition, especially after a long day at the beach."
