We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Xanadu. The staff gave us a very warm welcome. We had a very beautiful romance suit. The foods were the best food you can eat at any restaurant , the tastes and the variety of the foods were amazing. The location of the resort is one of the best, seafront with nice calm swimmable water. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Views are excellent. Even though there was a heat wave when we arrived we didn’t feel the heat with the calm winds from the sea. The hotel is located on a peninsula and I think all rooms have sea views. We stayed in elegance suit with two Rooms and sitting room - each room had its own bath. The food in the main restaurant was adequate and the a-la-carte restaurant was great. The pools bars and the main bar were also great.

By far the best family hotel we have been too! Unique setting really with huge hotel territory and very smart planning of the internal roads/logistics. Beautiful views all around the island; great beaches as well. Large and spacious, sturdy and well-designed rooms. Plenty of entertainment on the hotel territory. No showing off either in terms of decorations, which is a plus for us. Could think about cosmetic renovations here and there in the coming year or two. Otherwise, an all-out amazing experience traveling with a baby of 1.5 years and great thanks for an amazing stay!

Von dem Pool aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Sauberkeit ist wirklich 1A sowohl in der Anlage als auch in den Zimmern. Das Essen war traumhaft lecker. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Wir haben jeden Tag für unser Baby Hipp Gläser und Wickelzubehör bekommen. Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel. Vielen Dank wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. :)

really good hotel with great facitilies

We stayed at the property for a week with our baby. Hotel is super kids friendly with a lot of services available for kids. We enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and hotel is taking really good COVID 19 precautions. Only downside was repeated food menu and especially less veggie options.

Great value for the Money

Our room was exceptional with a beautiful sea view. Great value for the money. Drinks were also good but food was just average. Good assortment but pretty much the same everyday. Service was very good though. We tried the italian restaurant and that was a nice change from the buffet but you need to reserve first thing in the morning (9AM) for the next day and the reservations go very quickly. Also, keep in mind that most people reserve their poolside chairs at 8AM. Not great if you want to sleep in. We also had massages at the spa which were also very good.

This place is not high class as it states in their brand name. Quality of service is very bad. Staff attitude is poor and approach is not to solve issues rather point to someone else whenever you have a request. It's not worth the money. There is a small beach area without change rooms, only one shower with walking and stairs distance. I have talked to guest relations as well and their response was to offer free spa sessions :( Unfortunately, I would not stay at this place again with this type of service, there are many other options in Bodrum...

Everything was really nice. Important thing to note is that they do not provide irons or ironing boards, you have to use their laundry service (which can get expensive). The hotel lacked basic services such as a working air condition. Other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was great except the staff at reception. At the beginning, given that we were the 2nd guests at the hotel since reopening we received a very warm welcome but somehow during they stay and at check out that went away. The guy, I think he’s the manager, sits at his own desk on the left of reception gave us a tour and warm welcome when we arrived however during the stay I noticed that once on the way to breakfast I said good morning and there was no response but what was worse was his attitude at check out. We came up to the front desk, he was there and he just turned away and rang the bell at the desk for the guy in the back to come check us out, no pleasantries .. nothing.. just turned his back and went back to his desk. Given that the walk from reception to the front gate is far they didn’t offer to drop us with the golf cart as they did the first day which would have been nice but thanks to the golf cart guy while we were on our way he decided to give us a drop. Other than the reception staff, everything was great at the hotel, food, room, location and all other staff... every was else were pleasant.
