"We stayed at Kaya Pansiyon for 5 nights in June. Small boutique hotel with a great location, close to all main areas and attractions in Bodrum. The owners were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. This hotel has a lovely courtyard where breakfast is provided. "Terrible stay. Miserable staff, no breakfast even though breakfast was listed as provided. Manager who couldn't speak a word of english almost wouldn't let me check in at 11pm as was told i had no reservation. Noisy as on the main road and loud music. Checked out after one night and went to Bodrum to a beautiful hotel for less money Dont bother staying here...."

"We booked the place at the last moment and paid in advance and double checked with them that we will arrive at 4am on the next day ( after check in time) and if that would be ok for check in at that time. They respond that won’t be a problem and when we arrive at the place there wasn’t a booking ( even if we paid). At least they found another place where slept for a night. "
