We came from Datca by Ferryboat, hotel was within walking distance from port, easy to get to with suitcases without the need to get a taxi which is a great benefit. Hotel were very accommodating by letting us check in early, check in was friendly and we were shown to our rooms and around the hotel in person. Breakfast was lovely, pool was fab, fridge in room and good hair dryer. Room was clean and hotel was good value for money. We will definitely be coming back when visiting Bodrum.

Incredible good service. I mentioned that my wife & I were celibrating our 20th anniversary. To our surprise, the hotel decorated our room with ballons (heart shaped), botte of wine in a cooler and a plate of fresh fruuts etc. Throughout our stay, the service was outstanding. Thanks again!

had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!

Wonderful hotel - totally recommend!

It was wonderful! The location, the room, the outside area with the pool and the bar, the included breakfast and especially the service of the young people! We hope to come back one day!

The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. On the first day, I was given an “upgraded” room, but since it had one large and one small bed, there wasn’t much space to move around not ideal for a five-night stay. The next day, they changed it to a regular room on an upper floor, which was much better. The minibar wasn’t cooling, but I didn’t really need it, so I mentioned it at check-out. The location is very central, the pool area is nice and never crowded, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady making omelettes had such positive energy! However, there was no filter coffee available at breakfast or at the bar , only machine coffee.( It is a bit dissapointing I have to say ) Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. During check-out, staff could maybe be a bit more engaging (for example, asking how the stay was ), but everything else was great!

Short walk to the marina area with plenty of restaurants. The Hotel was very nice, but the neighbors have a rooster the starts crowing around 3 in the morning making it hard to sleep.

Nice hotel near everything to visit in Bodrum. Very close to shopping, marina and good restaurants. We had a small issues with the room when check in but people at the hotel were very kind and resolve the situation the next day and overall our stay was awesome.

Amazing location and pool!

It's a new property so that's good. The pool is great and the people are friendly too. Close to the old district and walking distance to everything yet secluded enough to give you holiday vibes! The breakfast was not amazing but still ok.

Poll area is very nice and the location is excellent. Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for. Definitely not sound proofed you can hear everything this is the one major disadvantage sadly.

Good location, close to the marina and the restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit aged and the service could have been better. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly so if you are traveling on business, you would struggle. Breakfast selection was quite.

What a lovely place and the staff were top notch. On arrival we realised we had booked a twin room and wanted a double bed - they were quick to change our rooms and accommodate us. Property is set back from main road in Bodrum - very accessible - local excursions can pick you up from property at 6am. Swimming pool very clean - beaches are 10 Mins walk away. Def recommend Thai place to anyone wanting to visit Bodrum on a budget.

Good hotel

Excellent comms from reception prior to arrival. We arrived early but the hotel found a clean room and let us check in early. The room was a little small for 3 but ok for one night. The pool and bar were very good, no spare loungers but it was late afternoon. Breakfast was a very Turkish affair which didn’t suit my wife and daughter, but it was all fresh. A taxi was organised for our departure, they also found garments we’d left in the room and gave them too us. A special mention to a very bright team including the young lady on reception, barman and young lady at the bar, excellent, excellent.

We chose Costa Maya largely because of the pictures of the pool on the website, and it was everything we hoped for. The hotel is located on a small lane, which is typical of the streets in Bodrum, a short level walk to the waterfront. At the entrance there is a modest size parking lot and the check in was very efficient. We reserved a 3 bed room to get a bit more space as the rooms are tight like most European hotels. The room had a modest hall closet but little other storage for our clothes. It could have used a dresser as we stayed for 5 nights and wanted to unpack. The beds were very comfortable, the washroom was functional, and the air conditioning worked very well. The pool area was terrific. The water was refreshing without being frigid, there were sufficient loungers on the pool deck, and a bar serving drinks and light meals. The hotel is very well located, a short walk to the waterfront and a host of restaurants. We would definitely stay again. (four stars simply because clothes storage in the room was tight)

This property is very convenient to the harbour and the promenade. The property has a nice breakfast and the pool area. Things that concerns us is that our room was old and tired. Much in need of an update. We stayed for 2 nights and the days were extremely hot and planned to enjoy the pool once the sun passed. We were informed the pool is closed at 7pm. Terrible rule! We never did use the pool as we were out and about during the day. Wifi on the property exists but don’t expect any speed or usefulness. I needed to book some flights and this was impossible. Connection dropped continually and worse in the room.

Stayed for 6 nights with elderly mother, 14 year old daughter and 16 year old niece. Central, but away from main bars so very peaceful at night. On marina side of castle. 5 minute walk down to harbour front, close enough to everything. A nicely-sized, well-appointed, low-pressure hotel. Excellent for our multigenerational family group of 4. Also ideal for a quiet couple’s getaway or a single traveller wishing to relax. Not the place for boisterous partying. Breakfast:Served 8-10 Buffet style. Excellent. Eggs cooked to order. Staff: Friendly, inobtrusive, courteous and well-dressed. Room: Spacious, spotless Pool: Generous size. Clean. Not too crowded. Fresh pool towels daily. Small shaded cabana and another lounging area allowed family groups to sit together. Bar: Convenient for lunchtime, poolside snacking. Tab was tallied at the end of week. A few cats on the property - as per Bodrum. Not a nuisance and very much at home. I read the other reviews before booking and feel that some of them are over-critical. There are a few specific complaints about the hotel feeling a bit tired and in need of refreshing. I disagree. Also about breakfast choices being limited but for the price I see little room for complaint. On arrival we used the Airport - Hotel Transfer arranged by the hotel. Cost was 75 Euros payable only in cash at the reception on arrival. For our return- I booked online - paid 48 Euros for identical luxury service @ Welcome Pickups - a recommended alternative.
