"Breakfast is included and compared to included breakfast at other hotels it is oustanding. Lot's of great choices. Our room was on the small side, but it had a very nice shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. There is a bus stop on the street right in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to downtown Konstanz. Bus fares are included with your stay."

"We were in a crunch for a nice room near the water so we could get a swim in and then also dinner and a good night sleep. We were placed in the “old” building but it had lovely historic character. And although no AC, we had several Windows to open and a fan. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast. And the 8 minute walk to the park and water access was perfect."

"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."

"This is a full service medical spa based on the Mayr fasting method, similar to Lanserhof and VivaMayr. Everything is impeccable, and we like the fact that it is in a city (although we did not go for fasting, so it might make this more difficult with all the restaurants around). A lot od dedication and attention to detail went in by the owner Mr. Buff. Highly recommended."
