"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great views off the balcony. The

is shared with the Radisson so that was a bit of a planning with small children and not being able to go back to the room easily. Lots to do in town. Just passing through but could have stayed a couple nights. "

"A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super

and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the

/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu.
