"It’s so far the best hotel I’ve been to this year. Clean, bright, astonishing view, and quiet. Stuff is very helpful and friendly❤️ The interior and exterior design is beautiful. Nothing to complain about."

"Todo estuvo muy bien. Lo unico malo es que cuando llegamos, estaba un sosten tirado. No se hizo la limpieza correctamente antes de ocuparla"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the property made our experience even more enjoyable. Juan was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to...

"The personal touch from the staff and specifically from the Owner Mayra was excellent, the care for the details is amazing, the cuisine is superb."

"The hotel is in a great location - easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Hotel layout is quirky and cool. Our room had a window that faces another wall and a window that faces the corridor. Beds were comfortable, and Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast service was understaffed and thus very slow. The most frustrating thing was the shower - the water pressure was very low."

"Beautiful place !!! Staff really helpfull ! Hope to visit you again !"

"We stayed one night, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. Clean and updated room, no iron board or iron in the room but one is available at the reception. Excellent location. We will definitely rebook for our next trip here."

"Clean room. Breakfast and staff"

"Excelente lugar gente muy amable un moderno lugar la picina y Javi y fue excelente la comida muy buena"

"Habitación, no hay agua caliente solo tibia .se salía el agua de la orilla del escusado, no tenia pilas el control de la tv. El personal amable pero nada profesionales no han recibido capacitación ni conocen su trabajo. Desayuno rico. Estacionamiento un lote baldío de muy mala impresión. Lastima pues el hotel esta muy lindo."

"Great location. I had a couple of issues at the start and the staff was great about taking care of the issues and making the rest of my stay wonderful"

"I loved this hotel! It is in a perfect location - steps away from the plaza, theatre Juarez and many places to eat. Mercado Hidalgo and many museums are within walking distance as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend! I will definitely stay here again."

"Todo bien"

"Really good for stay and walking. Good buffet breakfast."

"La ubicación es muy buena lo malo es que no tiene un lobby tienes que cruzar la calle a otro hotel y el techo y las paredes tienen mucha humedad deberian de darles mas mantenimiento pero el personal muy amable"

"It’s a beautiful old hotel in a perfect location. The housekeepers were so kind and helpful. The rooms are small and need an upgrade. . The biggest disappointment was that the WiFi was extremely spotty and slow. The tv set had a minimum of stations. We were there almost a week so the WiFi problem was really inconvenient."
