"We stay at the villa 2 tomes. First one in a smaller villa which was great but second stay in 2 weeks in villa 1 was bad. The conditions of the rooms could be better. Shower head did not work, pool was not cleaned and cleaning could be bettter"

"This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English.
Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed."

"The hotel was very clean, exactly as pictured, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Our room was very quiet so it was a peaceful week staying at Sabai Stay. Location was a short grab ride from restaurants and events. Highly recommended! "
