"The hotel room was filthy. Dirt on the floor, dirty shower area. There were minimal towels. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late and they went above and beyond for us to order dinner in our room since the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. Breakfast was good, again very kind. The location is rough, lots of aggressive beggars but there was a man outside to help out with them and parking as that was challenging also. Lounge was nice. "

"Great view from the balcony. The only problem is you have to have a car because the hotel is located at see level. Otherwise you’ll have to walk up the hill for at least 20 minutes to go downtown. "

De ce fait aucune solutions ne m’a été donné ( surtout à 23h30 du soir ) , nous avons donc appeler le service client de expedia qui ont essayé de le rappeler . Le réceptionniste leurs a raccrocher au nez . C’est une expérience vraiment à oublier"
