"The King and Prince Resort has a beautiful setting and in many ways is quite charming, especially the swimming pool area and the beach views. There just seems to be a lack of attention to detail with the property, such as black mold around the bathroom sink and dirt in corners. This may be picky, but when there is a sign in the room that bottled water will be replenished daily and it isn't, it was just another sign that the staff isn't paying attention."

"Great place to stay with friendly staff, and highly recommend. Favorite place to stay on SSI. Could use at least one "non-carb" breakfast selection for diabetics like a simple boiled egg. "

"Room was clean on arrival-was tgere 4days with no sevice! Had to take my dirty towels to staff to exchange, ask for tissue for the bathroom n ckean towels repeatedly. Lirs if apolgies same issue entire stay."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy check-in, nearby eating options, decent breakfast. Great accommodation for overnight stay. I’d definitely stay again. "

"Ocean Inn and Suites in St. Simon’s is a great place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows. Room is large. It’s in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shops, pier, beach. It is going thru a major renovation now however our stay was fine. They don’t serve much for breakfast but the muffins are the best I’ve ever eaten. Parking is tight however you can park out on street. "

"Room clean, but it smelled like wet dog. It stunk. When I asked the cleaning crew if they had anything we could spray they said we'd need to go to front desk. We were on our way out and bought lysol. It masked to some extent the smell. We had 2 rooms and both smelled really strong wet dog smell. Great Staff. Great Breakfast. Couldn't see beach, but, we knew this location was a second road back. "
