Checked into the room and there is no elevator which is inconvenient but I was only staying overnight. Got to the room and it is very dated. Upon entering the bathroom it was so gross with fecal remnants in the toilet that had not been cleaned, multiple pubic hairs in the shower and tub and upon pulling back the sheet/blankets, found multiple pubic hairs in the bed. Also found old chicken and fries in the floor that my daughter picked up with a make-shift glove from the plastic covering the cup. Tried to move rooms and nothing to accommodate 2 adults and 1 10 yr old. Left hotel and requested refund. Absolutely would never stay here!

Hotel was clean. Employees were very nice and polite. Great scenery outside. Food and other fun things to do out close to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Air in lobby was broken and there were lots of leaks. Also the windows in our ground floor room was open upon arrival and there were RVs and construction workers outside. Also a large bus parked outside our room boarded and left at 3am.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. Our room was clean and very accessible from the parking lot. The highlight of the stay was at check-in. The young man was very friendly, personable and accommodating. He made check-in a joy!
