"The housekeeper went in my room and removed my belongings before check out. When i got back there to take a quick nap and get my belongings she had took the stuff out the room and placed it in a room next door saying she thought i was checked out. I was very mad i had food that was in the refrigerator that i put in there that needed to be refrigerated after open. Not to mention i dropped $20 the night before didnt know where i dropped it at it could have been in the room she may have got that. I took pictures and went to the front desk about my complaint. He gave me $20 back and a 800 number to call. I called and made the complaint and said i wanted my money back for the room. They said they was gone discuss with the ower and it would take up to 72hrs and i haven't heard from them yet. I dont recommend that hotel to anyone. The pool wasnt open when i asked about that at check in the person at the front desk said the management said it was too expensive to keep up. I was on the 2nd floor and had to go to the 1st floor to get ice cause they didnt have a ice machine on that floor when asked about that it was said it never got fixed. "
"The room smelled, the key reader didn't work, the pool was gross, staff were rude and inappropriate, and there is not enough toiletries and linen for the room."
"Everything on the property seemed broke or closed for repairs: gym, pool, ice machine. Not sure about the definition of Quality, but this was a real let down. "
