"I’m not even sure where to begin. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor—apparently coming from other rooms, but honestly, the whole place smelled the same. We booked a king room but were given a room with one double bed… and the other bed completely missing. Don’t worry though—they thoughtfully left the headboard behind, which really tied the empty space together. Naturally, we were a little concerned about why a bed had been removed in the first place. After requesting a different room (since there were two of us), we were moved to a king room. Unfortunately, the sheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned—there were stains, rips, and holes. We had to ask for clean sheets and make the bed ourselves. Also worth mentioning—the fridge looked like it had been used for target practice. It was so dented up I honestly wasn’t sure what had happened to it. And breakfast? If you can call it that. Think cardboard muffins and rubbery waffles. I guess you really do get what you pay for—but even at a budget price, basic cleanliness and accuracy in booking shouldn’t be too much to expect. "

"When booking on Hotels.com there was not an option to select for pets, so I was honest and told them we had a pet, then they moved us from 2nd to 1st floor. Room I booked had a sofa, room I was given did not. Room was gross, floor was dirty, bathroom door didn’t close, room door appeared as though it had been knocked off hinges previously. Hallway overwhelming smelled of marijuana. Could not sleep well due to aforementioned. Top 2 worst hotel rooms of my life, and out of college 30 years ago I had a traveling sales job and I stayed in some dives to save $. I Do not recommend this place. F this place."

"The rooms were disgustingly dirty. My toddlers feet were black and we ruined our socks from the dirty floors."

"Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. "

"It was clean and bed was ok but soooo old and in need of upgrading! The “theme” is vintage, but furniture, carpet, bathroom fixtures/ vanities are really old, in a not cool- vintage kind of way. Also only 2 elevators for a very large hotel!"

"Did not use the. Gym, staff appeared “ non accommodating” Requested printed copies of my bill stated since paid via Expedia , they would issue a copy. Requested copy of form from hotel indicating that I had paid $100 dollars for incidentals again stated would send me a copy via email.Clerk didn’t ask for email address, I gave him my email address and requested that I receive a copy!!"
