"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed."
