"There was a family with over 25 people controlling the pool and hot tub. They weren’t all staying there - just swimming. They trashed the pool area and made it impossible for anyone else to enjoy. Desk people knew and did nothing. Then they were loud all night Made the stay very unpleasant "

"We reserved the room at least week prior to "staying", and when we got there to check in, we were told that there were no rooms left. I then said that we had paid for a room already, and the receptionist gave attitude and told us "well we don't have any rooms." There was an odd smell as soon as you walked in. Can't even imagine what the rooms would look like or smell like. I didn't even feel safe in the parking lot. Just a rough place. Pictures are very deceiving. Price is cheap for a very good reason. If you can afford it, pay more for somewhere better. "

"Not happy that we had to pay an extra $100 to have our 2 dogs with us. We booked it with pets. Shower bathing supplies were empty. Pretty unimpressed with Hotels.com. Never using them again."
