"Pros: Booking easy, rooms spacious, staff very helpful, room super clean, discounted parking was great. Cons: breakfast very substandard, tub drain was blocked up with a huge human hairball so wouldn’t drain, steak was badly overcooked at dinner."

"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"We stayed here on a Car Club weekend with a large party of friends including an annual dinner. Although the staff were helpful and tried their best to provide a good service, there were too few of them; especially on the Sunday evening. Apparently, there were only 5 out of 25 staff that should have been on duty meaning there was no housekeeping (therefore rooms not serviced) and the kitchen, bar and waiting staff were hard pressed to keep up with demand. "Reception is the bar! Very pleasant and patient staff. Pricey evening meal, but a nice restaurant with a good choice on the menu. Nice gardens including a giant chess set - all very well kept. Big car park. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, but I didn't try the shower. Tassimo coffee machine. Great breakfast menu - I had steak and eggs for no supplement, which was a lovely surprise, thanks. I don't travel down this neck of the woods very often, but I'd stay again having grabbed...

"Bed very comfortable, one of the best we have had in a hotel, we'll appointed room, and added bonus of air con. Large shower, which was modern and clean. And the two evening meals, we had during our stay were excellent. Downside was the cost of breakfast £14+, plus extra £2 if booked on the day. Perhaps they could offer alternative of nice coffee and sour dough toast for a reduced price? Also coffee/tea/milk not replenished in room so I ended up having camomile tea... Staff very helpful too....
