"The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. "Older style accommodation that has had a face-lift but the carpet in the hallway wa patchy and not joined. Could see the the floor underneath. Reported an issue with the safe to reception who said they would organise a fix but did not. Room not cleaned, or beds made or amenities replaced during stay. Check in and out was quick and easy, room was spacious."

"All was great except for the room. The Staff were really lovely and dinner and breakfast were great. The car parking was fine and convenient to the rear entrance. The room was Room 12, right at the top, on the 3rd or 4th Floor. It was not the room we saw when booking on line at Hotels.com as that room had 3 beds in it. The single beds were very small, there was no chair and only 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The main thing however was the smell !!! We eventually found out it was coming from the drain in the shower, so even with the velux window in the bedroom open it was overpowering."
