"The hotel room is very worn and in need of repair and a refresh, the bathroom needed a good clean with discoloured grout and mould on the tiles, arms on sofa worn and dirty and the windows in the room have paint peeling off. The staff are friendly but are all clearly new and have little experience to ask the questions that guests have ie not being able to get a dinner reservation when you book with a dinner credit. We ate in the restaurant: swordfish with ratatouille and a lovely freshly baked pizza… all great! There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."
