Bathroom mouldy. Room was clean but smelt. The first person at reception was very rude when I said about early check in he just said “did you not read?” But do then allow us to check in early when I suggested just dropping our bags off - the rest were friendly though. Everything was great but our room’s a/c didn’t seem to cool the room and if we opened the sliding door the room was too noisy. Location, staff, gym, breakfast was all great.

Nice hotel, you can’t get any closer to lake bled than this hotel so the location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough although it would be nice if there was a bin in the room, we only had a small one in the bathroom and also if you could access streaming services on the TV. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was good and had a decent selection. The pool on the roof has an amazing view over lake bled and it’s nice to use although we didn’t realise the saunas would be an extra cost until we arrived.
