Had the most amazing stay here. Beautifully appointed cottages with panoramic views surrounding. The cottages are amazing inside, warm, cozy and the most incredible bed. Shower is rainfall, bathroom was well equipt and the communication throughout was amazing! Willl recommend for sure - plus we saw the northern lights which is why we picked this location (along with accessibility to things nearby)

Staff in the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, and rooms were nice and comfortable. I opted not to eat in the restaurant as I thought I'd be pushed for time to have breakfast before some of the organised tours starting at 8am, and generally decided to eat elsewhere in Reykjavik for dinner. Lovely, small hotel. Rooms modern, stylish, very warm and wonderfully clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive - nothing was too big or small for their kind attention, efficient. Continental breakfast plentiful and fresh, tea and coffee available in small but stylish lounge 24/7. I want to go back in the summer and will book this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to all my friends.

A lovely hotel, centrally located on Laugevegur. Although we’d emailed ahead to pay for early check in, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room and explore the city. Laugevegur is a pedestrian street in the part where the hotel is so it isn’t possible to be picked up or dropped off directly outside. A stunning place to stay! The tower rooms are suitable for couples; with beautiful bedroom + bathroom and small kitchenette. The viewing area at the top of the tower, equipped with sheepskin rugs and pillows is an awesome place to watch the Northern Lights. The owner lives nearby and is friendly and informative he was once a chicken farmer - now practicing and teaching Taoism. That's Iceland for you. The tower is in easy striking distance of the Grand Circe and South Coast sights.
