"The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable.
What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay—modern comfort, fantastic...
"Had a great night stay in this old-looking building. The deco inside the building is very Scottish. The room came with 2 sparkling water and chocolate snack. One minus point is the clothes hanging place is small, there’s no cupboard. The location is 15min drive to Stirling Castle. "
"Communal areas are lovely. Staff and service was great. Good breakfast options. Yes rooms are a little tired but clean and serviceable with plenty of towels. Also rooms nice and quiet. We used the pool twice too and the kids enjoyed it. "
"Great stay. Up to standard and rooms were nice. There was a function on during our first night but it only meant we had to park further away but it was only an inconvenience for a day. Food was great and the room was very clean and a great size for what we paid. "
"I found it easy to park; the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful; the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
On the down side, I was in room 244 and I think that you could do more to make the wee patio area more attractive as it is a brilliant asset but very underdeveloped. Additionally the shower room needs attention as there's a poor standard of finish which could be easily sorted out when it's next vacant. Overall, a really great stay!"
"SUCH nice owners - we loved staying and the room was so comfortable with many small touches to make you feel right at home. Breakfast was honestly the best Scottish breakfast ever!!! Delicious. Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, black pudding and haggis. Thank you so much and a treat to meet your gorgeous dogs too. 150% recommend "
"We only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Bo’ness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.
Highly recommend! "
"Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. "
