"We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. "Building is very old. Needs a lot of work to udate windows. Lots of holes under carpets and lift door doesnt fully close. Tired decor but needs fair but of work"

"What a fantastic place. Comfy bed, fantastic shower and a nice big tv. Plenty tea, coffee, biscs and bottles of water in the room. Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. It said in the write up with Expedia that only a continental breakfast is included, this is not the case, a cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "The property was beautiful but a little of town. Very limited taxi/cabs available therefore one has to ensure that they are organized and pre-book transportation. The staff was extremely accommodating and very polite and helpful"
