"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful, even attempted to fix my suitcase which broke at the airport when I arrived. The Clash bar on site was great, food and drinks both reasonably priced. The hotel itself is very clean with comfy beds and the colourful and quirky decor is awesome. Location is slightly outside of the central area so it is a bit quieter but only about a 20 minute walk to Stop 12 of the Big Bus tour bus route (St Patrick’s Cathedral). Would stay again"

"The location is pretty good, a block from St Stephens Green. The hotel is good but I think that the 5 star rating doesn’t do it any favors because it is not comparable to other 5 star properties in the city. It is a good hotel and that is it, nothing special about it. The breakfast is okay but the service is pretty bad. Lots of waiters trying to hard not to make eye contact so they cam avoid taking your order. Stuff we ordered just never arrived on a couple of occasions. The bar is very nice with good service. We didnt try restaurant for lunch or dinnee because there are many options available close by."
