"This is an ideal location with super helpful and polite staff. The only problem was the mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, if we had a better room/bed, we'd happily stay again. "

"Staff was great. The carpet was extremely old and dirty beyond description. It was not obvious that it was a motel style accommodation. I would not have booked it if I knew it was a motel and that the carpet was so dirty. I will stay away from this hotel chain in the future."

"Staff attentive. Breakfast, nice variety. Room clean, functional. Great location to explore this amazing city. Six minute walk to train station. Six minute walk the other way to the main shopping district. No shortage of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. Even took a day trip to visit the empty and drizzly remains of Oradour-sur-Glane, near Limoges."

"Chambre pmr avec une inondation après chaque douche. Heureusement ils avaient prévu la raclette ! Mais est-ce bien au client de le faire ? Absence d’oreillers et de couverture supplémentaire, dommage il a fallu augmenter le chauffage… Il ne faut pas avoir besoin de lumière dans le hamam et le spa, elle est ha, et attention aux clous qui dépassent des planches manquantes !"
