"Didn’t use the car park, don’t know how much was chargeable, great central location, room very clean, bathroom a bit small but that’s the only complaint. Tea, coffee downstairs, help yourself, make your own as no kettle in the room but it does state ask if you need a kettle, we was ok with nipping downstairs for a coffee then bringing it back up. Owners very polite, would return."

"Bed wasnt level it , it dropped to one side so when you lay down you could tell, it was also very creaky so every time you moved it would make a loud sound, the toilet/bathroom door wouldnt close from the outside which ment the cold draft and light would come into the room at night and with the door next to the bed it wasnt ideal, there was also a damp patch on the wall this was noticed by the huge bubble in the paint work "

"This hotel was great. One and a half blocks from Winter Garden. Staff was excellent and very helpul. Safe area. Clean room. I will book a room next year for for Blackpool Convention I cant say enough positive things about this hotel. "

"The bedroom and bathroom were extremely small and felt very congested. Even during my stays in London, I have not experienced such limited space. Blackpool is not a highly tourist-heavy destination, so this was quite disappointing. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, we checked multiple times between 8 am and 9 am, but no staff were present and the dining hall was locked. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and would not connect or load properly. Overall, it was a very poor experience."
