Stayed 3 nights. Throughtout our stay the room was not cleaned, bed not made, towels not changed, in room tea, coffee & sugar not replenished. Cooked breakfast was poor quality and was cold every morning. Self check-in was not that good, computer said "refer to staff member" ?? So it was pointless. Check out good.

Positive was the bedroom, although functional rather than having added extras, was clean. Found the breakfast arrangements chaotic, not a relaxing experience at all.
Lunch in the Pub & Grill - Sunday roast was enjoyed but atmosphere busy busy again. There was a boxing function on so extremely busy, noisy and definitely not relaxing.
Room was nice, we booked 2 double beds, had a bath and separate shower. We took our 1 year old grandson. Only one downside was the loud guests returning to their rooms after 2am.
Very nice. Quite a trek down to the attractions & sea front. Would be nice if they ran a shuttle a several times a day. Facilities very nice, just on my stay, all the soap dispensers in the changing rooms were empty.
Not value for money disappointing for The Village.
The room was lovely until we came to the pullout bed to find food all over the bed which was off putting.
House keeping were very good but reception could not give a dam.
Bar food was a disappointment the children would not each their meals and my husband said worse meal for a hotel.
Lovely Pool kids loved it.

The hotel was good but the noise from the people using the leisure facilities was horrendous, it needs a member of staff to control the people in their and a quiet policy

No room available with a bath.
Cold room with poor electrical heating unit that turns off after every 10mins.
Leaking draughty windows.
Noisy annoying neighbouring room- how about a quiet policy after 10pm?
Stayed here 2/3 times a week since October 23; rooms are always clean and tidy. Gym is good value and contains everything you will ever need. Food is OK - expensive for what it is however you're a captured audience. Top floor rooms, when windy, do suffer from various banging noises (assume from something on the roof) which is far from ideal. Room 401 was particularly bad
Love couple of evenings spent at the hotel and spa. The only minor downfall was maintenance being carried out slightly earlier that would have expected to.
Apart from the noice it was a very pleasant stay
Hotel, room, gym and swim facilities were amazing!! 10/10 and would defiantly return. Wanted to have an alcohol drink at the bar and grill at night advertised were cocktails... they didnt have any, malibu... didnt have any... archers... didnt have any, ended up having to go out of hotel and go elsewhere but still only issue i felt was just wanting to relax in hotel bar and have a drink but little option. Apart from that was good stay 👍
The facilities at the hotel are really fabulous but they are let down by insufficient staff ratios and for those who have turned in, basic customer service skills … some were just rude.
The hotel has moved to self check in, so don’t hold your breathe if you want a welcome to the hotel or to receive basic information like what time breakfast is.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived 2.5 hours after check in, no apology and it wasn’t until the manager intervened a new room found.
Breakfast was chaos, again insufficient staff to clean down and seat people meant diners were left waiting for over 20 minutes - although quality and choice of breakfast items was good.
The outstanding facilities and free parking makes it possible to overlook staff incompetencies.
Nice overnight stay Village Blackpool. Quick friendly checkin . Big room clean and tidy . Nice walk in shower. No tumbler in room or bathroom just 2 tea cups . Good leisure facilities with outdoor pool . Bar food tasty.
Lovely hotel, family room was amazing, kids loved it.
Was a bit annoying having to pay for extras, car park, breakfast, swimming pool.

The constant banging of doors was terrible threw out the night. Couldn’t ring down to reception as room as no phone and no one on a checkin desk. Room was cold but once again no staff around to help. Where the banging kept my baby up she slept in so missed the breakfast and the pool time before check out. Won’t be rushing back any time soon
Village hotels are usually decent quality.
The evening meal was pretty good, the room was comfortable. (although i had a disabled access room)
The breakfast wasnt great and tables were not cleared at breakfast.
I'd definitely stay again if in the area.
Easy to find, picked for convenience and the fact it had a pool. Quite loud downstairs in the bar area but bedroom was very quiet although it was cold and the heating wasn’t working properly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Shame there was no bath as we had our 18 month old grandson but didn’t spoil our stay.
Ordinarily quite good. I stayed in room 407 and - due to work - had room service both night. Main meal was ok (choice is generally poor) however the pavlova was appalling for £8; the waitress even apologised for the aesthetics.
Shower was cold on final day however I had to leave at 6:30am therefore had to ‘get on with it’

Good overall stay. Check in is not great there trying to go self check-in. Just put your desk back and employ more staff. its not improving check-in. Still needed assistance. Breakfast was the worst i have ever Had. Bacon was swimming in grease. No beans. Had to wait nearly 10 mins for poached eggs. The scrambled Egg was rubbery over cooked and plenty of water.
Did not really use other facilities but all looked clean & Nice.
