The Woodleigh was a very nice find for us. It is small and was ideal for our one night stay in Blackpool. Our room, on the first floor was small, with a comfortable double bed and the en-suite bathrooom, although small, was spotlessly clean. Parking outside is hit and miss, but we were lucky and were able to park right outside. While we were there, the proprietor was unable to provide a breakfast, cooked on the premises because the facilities had not been finished yet. It was not a problem for us because the hotel is a very short walk to the front of Blackpool promenade with its public transport connections to either Blackpool or Fleetwood. If we ever need an overnight B&B in Blackpool again, I would have no hesitation in staying at the Woodleigh again.
Very pleasantly surprised.
