"Very run down,just about OK to get my head down for 1 night"

"A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend."

"Have stayed several times, staff are always friendly and helpful, easy check in and hotel has good restaurant. Rooms can be a little warm (depending on where you are but a fan was provided) Bars are good, nightly entertainment on the weekends is good. Will stay again thanks."

"As you walk threw the doors everything looks great but upon reaching the desk I was made aware they didn’t have my reservation on their system spent 45 mins sorting it out then to be given a room which on first glance was clean tidy but as the time progressed a awful smell became so strong we decided to head out , when leaving we notified the receptionist of the problem and the lady said she would get someone to take a look right away so we left spent the whole day out , arriving back at our...

"The hotel was nice, a little bit noisy from other guest as the rooms was not soundproof. We booked the hotel due to the outdoor pool but unfortunately when we went it was closed, we understand it was seasonal but we visited 30th August so we assumed it would be open."

"The facility was reasonable. The bar area is not well laid out nor very comfotable. The tables were not cleand and the bar prices rather high. The dinner and breakfast were ok but little fruit available. Bedroom was fine."
