"Overall, not a bad stay. There were cobwebs and dead bugs on our ceiling and the cord for the blinds didn’t work. The restaurant was good but it took about 15 minutes after we were seated for the server to come over and we were the only ones dining when we entered. Staff was nice. "

"I rented this weekend for my friends who at 77 and 76 had never been to a hotel in their life. Because I knew I trust you to make sure that they had a great time with no worries and no complications. My friends were simply flabbergasted. They had a wonderful time. Everything was perfectly clean. The pool was amazing. The staff was outstanding and helped them at every return. I had no worries that they would be well taken care of . thank you all for everything you did for my friends. You took one item off their bucket list.!!"

"They need to be upfront with everyone and tell them they are under a major underhaul ! I used to love this place so sad a major company Hilton bought it and has destroyed it! I heard the neighbor next door snoring my shower went ice cold before I finished a quick 5 minute shower I had to walk down the stair with my luggage boo hoo right but I am a grandma! My toilet wasn’t stable! The staff I totally love ! For god sake finish your lobby! There are pictures vicariously sitting on the headboard good thing I slept alone ! And you know what I paid way more than what I should. I will definitely be contacting hotels com and letting them know!!! Of their lack of information of construction prices should be much lower serious no one looked happy in the lobby when I left today! They need to put a stick of dynamite under someone to get their butts in gear !! So sad it was the perfect spot before sometimes having a big hotel name isn’t all it’s cracked up ! Hard lesson for the owner to learn"

"I didn’t appreciate that they list coffee/tea maker in rooms when they don’t. For me that was a search term so I could have a cup of coffee in the morning before I start. Not have to get dressed go to lobby to have 10 hour old coffee"

"Clean modern rooms. Very nice. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Loved the sausage n gravy biscuits!"

"excellent host, comfortable stay downtown Paducah, but don’t let that set your back gonna stop there on my way back through and stay again. Lots of interesting history in this place G. Washington’ grandson. A great grandson built the house. It’s a treasure."

"Small historic hotel in the historic riverfront part of town. Quiet, comfortable but very small room. Quickest check in we have ever had and a very friendly staff member at the desk. "
