"I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...

"This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!"

"Spent 3 days in June 2026 with family. Amazing breakfast. Скатерть самобранка. Clean and close to the beach. Nice view of the sunset. Refrigerator and safe are in the room. Also drying rack that was not working but maintenance tried to fix it was not a bother. 30 min walk to the airplane spotting very popular point. 2 pools is a big plus (inside and outside) sauna and steam room. Not crowded. . Close to many restaurants. Plenty of places to see Small Vegas … Bellagio fountains and lots of...

"Lamassu is a very new small and apparently family-run hotel in a residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the old town. Parking outside was very accessible and safe. The place exudes an upmarket aura and is tastefully decorated in a semi-classical fashion. There was some confusion about my choice of room upon arrival, but that was quickly sorted out, and the suite was very spacious with a huge terrace. The breakfast was semi-individually prepared and had an abundance of olives,...

นิว บูเลอวาร์ด

"I stayed at Holiday Lux Sky Towers for about 10 days and overall had a very good experience. The location is great—just a short walk to the main boulevard that leads right down to the Black Sea coastline. The room itself was clean and comfortable, more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room, which I actually liked. One thing to note: on the Expedia listing it mentions daily room service, but that’s not the case. It wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t really need it, but it’s...

"The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

"The place is sell like is a hotel but is not, is a studio, very dirty, nasty and disgusting. I stayed for 12 days every day I was begging the owner to get the clean service and he was always saying tomorrow I’ll make it happen and never did. You can’t get reimbursed, the people in the lobby work for the building but not for the room, as I said is a studio no a hotel room. There is no pool like they said. Big lines to get into the elevator. Please don’t make the mistake of booking in here. My...

"Een van de mooiste vakantie ervaringen. Een prachtig soort chalet op de heuvel, in het groen. Weliswaar veel trappen, maar dat was de moeite meer dan waard. En ook nog een privébadje erbij, met uitzicht op strand en de groene heuvels. We hebben heerlijk genoten. Het voelde echt als luxe."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and city. The location is perfect — close enough to the city to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing, with direct access to a clean and uncrowded beach. It was really cold outside as you can imagine, I truly cannot understand how come they would not think to provide blankets for the room in December?! "It wasn’t until the day of travelling did I manage to speak to someone about how to check-in/gain access. The information about this on Expedia is wrong. I spoke to them on WhatsApp and they seemed to think they were going to contact me about check-in, despite the fact that I was on the plane headed to Batumi when they finally responded. I paid close to £170 extra for a “full breakfast”, which was essentially a microwave meal tray with the plastic top on it, of which was meant to be brought to...
