"★★★★★ Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn in Spanish Fork. The hotel was top-notch, and I had zero complaints about the room. It was immaculate, the carpet was clean, everything was in great condition, and there was plenty of parking, with most of it located behind the hotel. The customer service was exceptional. I was traveling with my dog, and travelers with pets should know that the hotel normally charges a $75 pet fee for stays of 1–5 days. Expedia did not list that fee when I booked, so that's something pet owners should be aware of. The manager was incredibly nice and, without me even asking, reduced the fee to $25 for me. He was also very accommodating and actually went outside with me to help choose a room where I would be able to see my car from the window. I was extremely impressed with that level of service. I also used the hot tub and it was fantastic. It was properly hot and the jets were strong—much better than the hot tub at the Holiday Inn Express where I had stayed previously. Another nice perk is that the hotel gives guests a 10% discount coupon for Texas Roadhouse, which is right next door. I wish I had known that before eating elsewhere! Overall, this was an excellent experience: great room, great facilities, convenient parking, and especially outstanding customer service. I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars."

"The hotel is right of the freeway and next to a truck stop, but it's quiet. It's also next to 3 or 4 fast food joints and just down the street from a few other eat-in restaurants, so it's well situated. The morning breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and knew the area well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate. My overall stay was nice and what I needed for my stay."

"This is a super cute very interesting property it’s historic with some amazing history, the owner was so nice and friendly very welcoming. Definitely a place I would stay again! There is no televisions in the room which gave us the opportunity to unplug and unwind and recharge!!!"
