"Pictures do not do any justice compared to actually being there. This inn and grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed every moment while we were here. We were able to walk to Main Street and site see along with walking to the public access for the lake. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and the water was perfect for a warm day. Breakfast with the fresh fruit was a great way to start the day. When we come back to the Bridgton and Waterford area, we will definitely be staying here...
"Jill and Joe are delightful people, as is their family. The inn is furnished beautifully and the grounds are immaculately kept. They provide a hot breakfast with eggs and bacon and an assortment of home baked breads, as well as suggestions as to what to do locally. Bravo!"

"We stayed here to ride our bikes on the presidential rail trail in Gorham and float on the Saco. North Conway is a great place to be close to nature and still be near restaurants and necessities. The Golden Gables was located in a spot that is easy to get in and out of. The grounds and pool were refreshing after spending the day bike riding. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. We were on the first floor so we could house our bikes at night. It was a great value. "
