"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and there was no room for a desk or storage space for clothes, so not a great choice when staying on a business trip. The bathroom was also very tight but serviceable. Parking is limited, managed to get the last space, but great to have. "

"This was definitely a step above the average city centre hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, and great breakfast including a cooked option which was prepared individually. A nice touch to provide a quality bar of chocolate, and some drinks in the room."

"Arrived to be greeted by a group standing in the front entrance smoking weed. No one from the hotel asked them to simple move a few meters so all areivedcdidnt have to walk through it. Was woken up by dealing going on at 02:15am outside my door. There meals overall are not cheap, but the cheapest option at my point of stay was roughly £12 - but they then charge you £7 to bring it 1 floor which isn’t really 4* service. £6 to park your car a day and no guarantee of a space. The staff were always polite - but that only masks the reality here on somewhere more 2* with 4* prices "

"Parking was easy and secure. Bed was really comfortable and amazing rainfall shower. Good cocktails and the on-site diner was fab. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Could not fault this hotel, so clean and welcoming. Was my husband’s 70th birthday, had card and wine delivered to room, such a lovely gesture, then at breakfast they bought an ice cream cake out and sang happy birthday. Amazing staff and hotel. Thank you "
