Wij werden niet verwacht. Ons 4 pers appartement was niet op orde en zaken waten stuk. Werd wel snel opgepakt. Opgang naar strand was smerig. Duidelijk nog in winterslaap. Maar van een 4 sterren mag je verwachten dat het altijd op orde is, ook al zijn er niet veel gasten. Ontbijt en bediening waren zeker prima

Convivialité et gentillesse du personnel !!!! On se sent comme chez soi. Je ne regrette pas cet hôtel et je l'ai déjà conseillé à mes proches pour un séjour : 2 restaurants, 1 grand salon d'accueil pour profiter de la vue sur mer et la jolie piscine, jardin environnant. Appart'hôtel propre et bien agencé. Ça a été difficile d'en repartir tellement on s'y sentait bien. Bizerte est une ville vivante où il fait bon pour y séjourner même en janvier. Température douce (12 degrés). Tout y a été pensé pour bien accueillir les touristes.

Hotel tres vétuste, le service restauration pas bon du tout tant le personnel que les repas... Service chambres idem inexistant. Et la cerise c est qu il accepte trop les personnes de l extérieur pour profiter de la piscine moyennant un tarif journee.du coup trop bruyant et sale piscine trouble. Pas d animations au bord de la plage. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel

Acceuil chaleureux et gentillesse du personnel.Propete des lieux et agreable y compris appartements et lieux de vie.Pour un 4 etoules la cuisine est par contre pas a la hauteur pour une 1/2 pension. L animation dans ma journee enixistantes et pas d activites propises.Il me semble aussi pour un 4 etoiles le manque piscibe i terieur et salle de remise en forme.

Op zich prima voor een paar dagen. Het hotel was schoon, het personeel vriendelijk maar de voorzieningen vrij basic. Kleine principiële ergenis om het feit dat ik toch nog tax moest betalen terwijl Hotels.com anders aangeeft. Bizerte is ook leuk omdat er weinig touristen zijn.

Dormir mais surtout pas se restaurer !

L’appartement est vraiment spacieux confortable et propre. Bien placé au bord de la plage Par contre la restauration est à proscrire Repas style cantine en quantité certe mais pas en qualité Quand au petit déjeuner il vaut mieux s’en passer ! Il n’y avait rien... cause ramadan !!! Un café imbuvable et une assiette de charcuterie a éviter ! Impossible de boire un espresso car coffee Shop fermé !!!

Der Kellner beim Frühstück Coffeeshop war sehr sehr unfreundlich,er hat kein Ahnung was auf die Menu Karte steht. Er hat nicht mal 2 Sterne Pension Niveau.
