"It a smart hotel with clean rooms but the staff were not so helpful especially when it came to specific dietary needs at breakfast. Gluten free takes 15 minutes to prepare and is is pretty awful when it comes. The breakfast bar is confusing. When I asked for decaf coffee I was offered a satchet....which was awful. I paid good money for breakfast but could not get a decent cup of coffee and the staff were not helpful or considerate. I think they were too busy doing basics...probably short staffed."
"Paul, the front desk staff was very pleasant to chat with and suggested great places to visit and restaurants to eat at which we did and were all fantastic. Paul is pure example of great customer service."
"There are 3 basics any hotel can get right. 1. A good bed. They got this right. 2. A good shower. They got this right. 3. Good towels. Not quite. Their towels are too thin and too rough. Other aspects were excellent. Coffee and tea from a machine at reception all day, a well equipped kitchenette, Bluetooth speakers in the room and nice touches to the decor made it a lovely place to stay. I will look for this brand again. "
