"I am requesting a full refund for my stay. When I arrived, I found the property to be in unacceptable condition. The room and facility smelled bad, felt hot and sticky, and appeared unclean. In addition, there were police on the property responding to a dispute, which made me feel unsafe. Because of these conditions, I checked out and did not stay at the hotel. Instead, I slept in my vehicle. I paid for a safe, clean, and habitable accommodation, and the property did not meet those expectations. I respectfully request a full refund of the amount charged. Please review my reservation and advise me regarding the refund process. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter."

"This was probably the nicest Hampton we've ever stayed in. It has been renovated fairly recently. The layout of the room was ideal, with the desk separating the bed and the couch so that it almost seemed like we had a sort of seating area. Also liked that the sink was outside of the toilet area, and there was a nice big bar area after entering the room. The front desk employee, Dillon, was extremely helpful. We had an awesome stay there."
