"We arrived and you were shut! A sign on the door said you closed at 7pm. No one could be contacted, hotels.com couldn’t contact you and we ended up having to get another hotel at more expense (no thanks to hotels.com). What hotel closes at 7pm?! Insane! Avoid!"

"We enjoyed our stay; nice, clean, convenient. One awkward side note, though: We stayed at the far end of the hallway and parked our car at that end of the building, thinking that we'd use the door on that end to transfer our belongings. Using that door turned out to be a little weird, though, because there's a chair and ashtray next to the door for smokers to congregate. Each time we wanted to access the door (5 PM, , 7 PM, 6:30 AM!), one or more smokers were hanging out there. It'd be great if that setup was a bit farther away from access door, so we wouldn't feel the need to excuse ourselves to get in and out."
