"Was able to use coin laundry while on a road trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable for our family. We called ahead about using the sofa bed and were told linens would be in the closet. They were unfortunately not in the room, and when we approached the front desk they said “yeah they wouldn’t be unless you requested them.” Though this was a small thing, the attitude of the staff was not extremely helpful.
