Bed side lights not working. Only one towel for two guests. Floor in room all broken, not very good for a disabled person!! TV not working. Reception area very poor and needs repairs. Receptionist asked to borrow a pen to fill out details. Wouldn't stay there again!!!!!

Great for getting to airport as so nearby. The shower was just a drip and the room was hot, so had to open window but then you heard the planes taking off and landing all night. The room was clean. Ideal for quick stayover but nothing more

Room was well priced but I had to ask for toilet paper. The wifi code in the room was incorrect and I had to go and search for it down in reception. One of the bedside lights was not working, the bathroom was a bit smelly / damp smell but you couldn't open the window. There was no breakfast available (which was stated as included in the description when I booked). The bed was comfy and clean and the nosie proofness was good so that the airoplanes didn't disturb..

Were greeted very unwelcomingly and told we were supposed to check in at 3pm when it said 2 pm. Room was okay however the shower didn’t properly work and our bathroom was leaking from the floor above so couldn’t go in without getting dripped on. One of the staff members was helpful and helped us to clean it.

The property was very outdated. I didn't even want to take a shower. It wasn't dirty but gross looking. You should only use it for a rest to get to the airport the next morning, if even for that.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I made the terrible mistake of booking to stay here after a flight and immediately regretted it. First of all, the claim that the reception is 24/7 is a complete lie. We arrived to the reception open with no one sitting there and all room keys scattered across the desk. We then had to call multiple phone numbers until a man came out to show us our key. He was a complete clown who was extremely rude and showed that our name had been spelt wrong on the booking. There weren’t even towels available in the rooms. On top of that, the property is by a main road so very noisy. I know it’s cheap but again, DO NOT BOOK HERE. It’s 100% not worth it and I’d give no stars if I could.

The property is clean and quiet and the staff already prepared for my arrival which was really helpful, i just had slight difficulties locating the place, however the property is very good for it's price and close to the airport

Problem with reservation. Ground floor room with broken window catch so couldn't secure window. No towels, no shower curtain, no evacuation/fire poster, ceiling smoke detector in room smashed and broken, room smelt musty. Altogether very poor

Added breakfast to my stay and when we got there got told the restaurant wasn’t open so no breakfast. Read online the room had air con and when we arrived not one room had air con. The shower was filthy and wasn’t cleaned. Also the flooring had holes in. Wasn’t great at all to be honest

I was very disappointed that you couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. When I booked it through Expedia it offered breakfast option for 2. As I'm alone I didn't order it. When I checked in I said can I book and pay for breakfast? The guy said no we don't do breakfasts. I asked where the nearest shop was to go buy something for breakfast and he said there wasn't on other than bishops stortford which is 15 miles away. In the morning I was too hungry with low blood sugar to drive, I wish I had known no option to pay for breakfast, as I could have brought with me a porridge pot or something to mix with boiled water from the kettle in the room. Fortunately the guy I gave the key to the room to, listened and offered me a small pack of chocolate biscuits of his from his car, that saved the day!

Close to the Airport car parks good point. Walls seemed to be made of paper. That along with inconsiderate customers forgetting keys, banging on doors shouting and stomping about at 01.00hrs wasnt fun when we had to get up at 02.30hrs for a very early flight. Still when its that cheap you have to expect that.

Not a brilliant stay, no one at reception and no bell to ring, so we had to wait. WIFI network and password were not as stated in the room so had to go back to reception for updated ones. Weeds in the car park jagged me when I got out of the car. There didn’t appear to be any way to turn off the underfloor heating in the bathroom so we had to leave the window open to cool the place down, consequently we got plane noise. Faulty Towers comes to mind.

Staff friendly and helpful. What i did not like was the bed was very uncomfortable causing me to have a sleepless night. There was a light fitting hanging from bathroom ceiling, and the tv was not working,this was mentioned to the staff member,he tried his best to correct the problem to no avail.
