"We’ve stayed here about five or six times, great location friendly staff and food is very good."

"We stayed for one night. It was a little warm in the room, but we discovered a fan in the cupboard. Generally a comfortable stay in a good location to get to a show at Theatre Severn. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Parking was an essential and at £5 per night was reasonable. We hear the hotel is changing hands soon. I hope the standards are kept high."

"This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc. Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy. Staff really welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Car park good. Would...

"Lovely one night stay at the Queens, we ate at the restaurant food was also very good it is in the main town so walkable to everywhere, perfect location and staff were very friendly and helpful"

"The property is 400 yrs old so expect things to be uneven. The current owners have only been there a few years so maybe they still have work to do. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger...

"Lovely location"

"The room was reasonable, the bathroom was clean, I stayed in the area as I was fishing the reservoir the following day, breakfast however doesn't start until 8.00am,I was outside loading my car at around 7.50am and met on of the staff "can I get a bacon sandwich to take with me or am I too early" I asked, "breakfast starts at 8 o clock" came the reply, consequently I left without breakfast as I was fishing a match and didn't want to annoy my boat partner by turning up last minute. Also the...

"Only stopped for one night which was trouble free. On arrival taken to room which was well kept and very nice. Staff were friendly, would stay again"

"Lovely comfortable room. We were able to check in early and given clear instructions to do this. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and it was excellent. We also had dinner the evening we arrived and really enjoyed the varied and interesting menu."
