"Staff were all so helpful and nice. Nothing was too much. The WiFi was not great the first night but has improved since. Food was good though perhaps needs to expand the menu a bit. They use local produce as much as possible which is excellent . Towels and bed linen were good quality and beds and pillows comfortable too. Would very definitely stay here again."

"This hotel in Pitlochry was a convenient stop-over when we were en route from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye. While there are lots of things to see and do locally, our schedule allowed us to stay only one night. The rooms were comfortable if on the small side given the angular walls that followed the roof line. The beds and linens were fine, and the rooms had a nice modern shower. "The hotel is in a lovely spot, and the breakfast was really fresh, and lots of choice. The hotel itself definitely needs upgrading. It felt tired. The rooms were also tired, clean enough, the bathroom had no lock on door and shower pressure was terrible. It was OK, bug dont think id stay again. Pitlochry itself is always fab, and really worth a visit."

"Rooms were very dated and cleanliness was not at a reasonable standard at all, bed linen was dirty, dust on every surface, walls mouldy and cracked and full of dust. Carpets were dirty with stains and covered in dog hair. Windowsills had dead bugs and dirt on them and beds were very uncomfortable (two single beds pushed together is not a double bed which is what we booked for both rooms) overall it was not a hotel we will be returning to."
