Rat droppings on bed and floor in one of the rooms. Ceiling leaking in one of the rooms. Also the power went out in the middle of the night during our stay..

House was in a terrible neighborhood with burned down houses, abandoned homes in disrepair with overgrown foliage. Near an abandoned school.
