When you check in at the hotel I was not aware that there were two hotels in the building. I was guided behind the front desk from the other hotel. Basically, the hotel was sharing space. Another mis-leading information were the resturant. I was to receive a free breakfast in the morning. Again, I was not informed that the left side of the hotel is a paid bteakfast, but the right side of the hotel (lobby area) was the free breakfast for the hilton garden in guest. Right after we finished breakfast I was given a bill. I told the waiter that I was a guest at Hilton garden inn. The waiter told me the free breakfast was at the other side off the lobby area. I was upset and brought this matter to the front desk. All the clerk said was ,"I'm sorry." She was unable to remedy my problem. Fyi: make sure when you check in to a hotel with two
