The staff called me to tell me they were over booked. They but me in a king with 2 pull outs. When we got there the door handle was broke. Mold in the bathroom and no TV in the little living room where my kids had to sleep on the pull out bed. This was terrible place to stay and will not be back. I bought insurance with you as well so what does that cover. I already requested a refund but not sure how that will go. This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the last 10 years. I have stayed in a lot as well.

We had two rooms, both had a musty mildew odor. Carpet was stained and needs replaced, there were towels for only 1 person instead of for two people. We were disappointed with this particular location. The advertisement pictures painted a much nicer room stay. Will not recommend this location to family and friends.
Unfortunately we could not stay because there was a power outage. No check in, no air conditioning, no backup generator, no idea when power would return. It wasn’t the staff’s fault. We had to quickly find somewhere else to stay before we could reach anyone to cancel our Comfort Inn reservation. We hope we will not have trouble with the charge.
The room was clean but there was a ceiling tile Off in the hallway right outside our room and it was dripping water into a trash can that had been set there
When I opened our room it was dank, musty, and smelled moldy. Even when the air was turned on the room never dried out and the strong moldy/musty scent never went away

Wasn’t informed of the pool being closed and being repaired. If I was told of this upon arrival I could have chosen another hotel.
