Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service. I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water.

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht deutlich, dass der einstige Glanz verblasst ist. Beim Frühstück herrscht ein einziges Gedrängel und man muss teilweise warten, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Leider ist das Frühstück / Gastronomie nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel angemessen. Das Personal ist allerdings bemüht, einige Defizite auszugleichen. Fazit: nicht das Geld wert, leider.

Alles war in Ordnung, nur das Personal an der Rezeption – zumindest der junge Mann, der uns empfangen hat – war alles andere als zuvorkommend oder hilfsbereit. Stattdessen wirkte er arrogant und verweigerte uns sogar die Ausgabe einer zweiten Schlüsselkarte. Ich glaube, ein Chatbot hätte uns besser unterstützt.

Essen war leider nicht so gut. Warme Speisen waren gerade so lauwarm und nach 5 Minuten auf dem Teller kalt. Selbst als sie frisch aus der Küche aufgefüllt wurden, nur lauwarm. Die versprochenen glutenfreien Brötchen gab es nicht. Die Kellner haben sehr lange gebraucht und waren nicht kundenorientiert, außer wenn sie dann angesprochen wurden.

Super Lage, nettes Personal. Frühstück sehr gut. Traumhafte Aussicht im Restaurant - dort kam es gelegentlich zu kleineren Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, da das Servicepersonal international besetzt war und teilweise nur eingeschränkte Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden waren. Zu bemängeln ist die Parksituation, ich kann nur jedem der mit Auto anreist, raten, nur mit Parkplatz AM HOTEL zu buchen. Wenn dort keiner verfügbar ist lieber woanders hin. Ansonsten kann es passieren, dass man 300m Fußweg hat oder sogar am Bahnhof parken muss 10 Minuten Fußweg - dort wurden wir direkt wieder hingeschickt nach dem Check in. Unser Zimmer fiel am Anreisetag einem Wasserschaden zum Opfer. Dafür bekamen wir ein leichtes Downgrade aber und als Entschädigung All Inclusive, ein guter Tausch! Spabereich super, 2 Pools, Badeaufsicht etwas ruppig. Design und Einrichtung renovierungsbedürftig: Oma/Opa Stil aus meiner Sicht -stört mich allerdings nicht so sehr. Teppich im Zimmer hatte Flecken, die wohl nicht mehr rauszukriegen sind. Sehr warm im Hotel, im Eingangsbereich See/Pool Klima.

Das Essen war wunderbar. Für Groß und Klein, egal welche Geschmäcker - es war immer etwas zu finden (Halbpension gebucht). Die Möbel im Zimmer haben jedoch schon bessere Tage gesehen und könnten durchaus erneuert werden sowie das Badezimmer. Ansonsten war aber auch vom Service und Personal alles super. Im Generellen waren alle Angestellten sehr freundlich, insbesondere zu unserer Tochter. Wir kommen wieder :)

Super skønt hotel dog meget gammelt og gamle gulvtæpper på værelserne. Hovedpuder var elendige. Restaurant meget varm pga solen. Ingen aircondition Spa var super dejlig. Generelt dejligt ophold dog kunne gulvtæpper godt fjernes da det er uhygiejnisk
