"Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam.
Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping.
The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast.
Will be back, of course!"

"Sound proofing is really really bad. You can hear the sound of people, cleaners along the main corridors because of the hard flooring. Music from the KTV below went on until late at night. Also it smells of cigarette smoke.
There are also no security safe, no fridge, no hair dryer. "
