The staff is outstanding, especially Rafique. Lots of mosquitoes, room mosquito replicant available. There are no Vegetarian food options.

Eine wunderbare sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders zu erwähnen ist unser Tourguid Manson. Die Ausflüge mit ihm haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Das Essen war etwas eintönig, zumindest bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Was sehr unangenehm war, das sind die Sandfliegen, wir sind doch arg zerstochen worden.

Extremely clean beaches, sunbeds and excellent service with a smile. Communication leading up to the trip was efficient (via Whatsapp - had to change my booking last minute) and probably recommended to take the hotel transfer from the terminal as the ride is 45mins - 1 hour (I suspect far from the city, but if you have the opportunity, do try the local food there). Regretfully, we had to leave before our last night but I thoroughly enjoyed the clean beach, coconuts and the great service. You can also catch the sunrise around 6am for pink and purple skies. The sandfly warnings are real, please use insect repellent on the beach in the evenings. Do take note to check your bedsheets and towels when you check in - we did not have the opportunity to ask for them to be changed for clean ones when we realised after 10pm. Also advised to bring your own toiletries/bedroom slippers! Nonetheless, wonderful resort exceeding my expectations, I'll definitely be back..! Thank you!!

The property is totally beautiful and unexpected because is cheaper but its very worth. Good staff service, white sand clean beach, accommodation is very clean and still new inside over expectation. I'm gonna comeback again and recommend this to my friends. Thanks

Not as much activities as compared to other resorts in Bintan. But it is definitely a quiet and relaxing place to be. Beach and the amenities are clean too. The service is too notch with excellent and friendly staff!
