"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the fresh fish—sea bass and dorade—prepared with care and always served with a smile. The lady in the kitchen...

"Very nice Villa in Deux Plateaux neighborhood of Abidjan. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable with fast & reliable internet and air conditioning that worked perfectly as well as nice TVs. It is a nice option and would recommend for potential travelers. :)"

"Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area."

"Yes, everyghing was great. From the clean room tk the staff and amenities and the landscape. The only thing i found a little less exciting was the breakfast, that could have been a little better with some healthy brown bread, cheese and nuts, etc... but overall, excellent place to stay. After tenovatikn it will become more shinning and stunning."
