"Excellent customer service from Jay. They were quick to respond to any queries with a friendly, professional attitude. The property was easy to use, car park on site, clean and beautiful decor - modern and fresh. The bed was so comfy and bedding was excellent quality. Our room was lovely, very spacious and warm, all facilities you would need. Free on-site parking a huge plus. We were staying for a gig in the city centre and an uber into town was less than £5 so can’t complain about location. Would def stay again. "
