Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items on the bed, not really a professional experience with the maintenance man, we had the tv fixed, but the lock still did not work nor the phone. We put our stuff in front of the door so no one would come in, since the area was not good. We woke up and went for the breakfast we saw on your site, but, we arrived to white bread, two trips of cereal with not labels and dirty table, totally not what was on your site!! I must say this place was the worst place I have ever stayed in my 60 years on this earth, totally unsatisfactory

They would not let us check in because we had three kids and two adults. They only allow two adults and two kids.

I was very disappointed after a long drive! This property needs to be renovated ASAP! Bedding, towels, shower was very nasty

I got pictures of the blood stain on the sheets, stains on the towels. It was nasty.

When I arrived from delayed flights from in GLP, I had nothing online to find the hotel and ended up staying at the Residence Inn near the airport. It would have been helpful to receive a reminder of the the accomodations.

The room was dirty. The floor has spills and also food from the front door to the bathroom. The bathroom had dirty spots all over. The corners of the floor are not swept. The headboard was dusty. The night stand had a sticky mark from a glass or soda can. The desk also had marks all over it. The freezer needed to be defrosted plus there was orange soda spilled in the frozen ice. The TV remote looks gross! The bathtub is all yellow and the shower curtain has pink mold on it. The coffee maker needs to be thrown away! It was dirty, the on light was broken and sticking out of the hole, plus the top of the maker was dirty and rusted. I ended up taking a wash cloth and cleaning up all the dirt on the furniture and the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. I was not relaxed at all! I was going to stay another night but changed my mind because it was just too gross!
