"Driving up, the hotel looks nice but the stairs and interior need better up keep. There was a blod spot on the couch, food on the ground, cobwebs with a dead spider, nailpolish and other things that made me feel if outwardly the room wasn't clean how clean were the mattresses and bedding? The staff was lovely but for the cost I was expecting something a little better maintained in the interior of the room. I have stayed a motel 6 which felt cleaner and much cheaper."

"My adult daughter and I enjoyed our week stay recently while on vacation. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have housekeeping come every other day. It was also nice to have a security guard check our vehicle to make sure we were registered guests. The breakfasts were delicious and we even had real tableware some of the mornings. Overall we would rate it 10 out of 10!"

"Very well kept & clean, excellent breakfast buffet, so many offeringsdefinitely something for everyone, I’ve been to a lot of hotel breakfasts and the was the best by a long shot. Staff was very kind."

"Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Laundry facilities were pleasantly surprising in that it was completely free, no coins needed, except had to purchase detergent from the onsite gift shop. Our 2 bedroom was nice. Only suggestion is that one room had a sliding door without a lock and that bathroom’s lock was very difficult to figure out. If the sliding door can be replaced by a regular door entering into the bedroom as well as a better bathroom door with standard easy lock I would have given...

"Clean, great value, well located"

"So let’s start off with the fact that we were displaced due to the Garden Grove Chemical spill. We thought that this would be temporary and chose to go on a mini vacay to Belmont shores. Although the photos on Expedia was slightly deceiving, we had a pleasant stay. My husband loved the place, I was thinking we should have splurged and gotten a King size room instead of the Queen, but this place was expensive and not knowing exactly how long we would be displaced, I did t want to “splurge” too...

"The rooms were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good for breakfast. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it to friends or family. To nitpick the bathroom sink was very tight, you can’t both use the sink to get ready at same time. There was a coffee cup that appeared in the hallway outside our room door. It stayed there for two days. I was surprised, I’m sure numerous employees walked by it, including the cleaning staff for the rooms…"

"It’s a beautiful hotel—well-presented, clean, and overall lovely. However, the staff experience was disappointing. We arrived for check-in after 4 PM (around 4:30), and our room wasn’t ready. We had an event at 6 PM and needed to prepare, yet we waited 20 to 30 minutes. While they offered two complimentary drinks, I would have preferred timely access to the room. Additionally, they charge around $45–$50 for an “urban experience” that includes a house car service. When I requested the house car...
